Catching up

Photobucket

Just a quick note to all those clients waiting for galleries and orders and things; I’m getting there. LOL. Things are always super busy this time of year and i am making progress. It’s been a bit quiet on the blogging front the last week or so but i will be updating with some more recent sessions soon.

In the mean time, i’ve been doing some catching up of the social variety today which has been great for my sanity (everyone needs a break and a good chin-wag now and then). So here are some shots of my kids and some playmates we had over today.

My backyard is in a major need of a good mow, but while it’s like this it really is such a great location. I’m lucky to have a VERY large backyard with lots of trees and broken down fences and interesting little areas, it’s a photographers dream really (if you don’t mind constantly dodging around doggy-landmines).

(The adorable children in these photos have been supplied by Dannii and Kelly. And of course moi)

Just a quick reminder | Melbourne childrens’ portraits

Photobucket

Last date to order prints in time for Christmas is Dec 5th. And payment needs to be made with the order or i can’t promise you will get them in time.

Also just reminding you all about the offer i have for January.
Any session booked in January 09 will only need to pay a $100 session fee and there is no minimum print requirement (conditions apply. Contact me for more info). Dates are already being filled so get in quick so you don’t miss out.

Will be back later in the week with some more sneak peeks from recent sessions.

Jamie and Ashley | Melbourne Childrens portraits

Here’s some shots from another session i had last week. Two gorgeous girls that were VERY obsessed with my bubble wands (i think you might have to invest in one of your own Samantha LOL, i picked it up at Coles if that helps). After a lot of running around and several snack breaks we managed to get some gorgeous shots. Here’s a few of my favorites.

I just adore this first shot personally, i know some are not a fan of dummies in photos but i just think it’s so adorable. And now that both my kids have grown out of theirs i understand how special it is to get such a beautiful shot like this. Because, when they finally let go of them, you forget how they looked with the dummy in place so quickly. And as soon as they do let them go they suddenly look so grown up.

The E family | Melbourne baby photographer

This is Will. He was the happiest little man i have photographed in a long time, and also the most determined not to sit still for the entire session LOL Thank goodness he wasn’t quite walking yet so i was able to keep up with him a little. When he wasn’t crawling away from me he was putting his sweet face so close to the lens that i could hardly focus on him, you can tell his mummy is a photographer LOL

Here’s a few sneak peeks for Mum and Dad, I’ll have the rest in a gallery for you soon.
