The L family | Melbourne childrens portraits

Here is another lovely family i met down at the beach. Miss R was such a cutie, and gave me big smiles the second i walked in the door. The happily showed off in front of me and paraded around all her favourite toys. Once we got to the beach she was a lot more interested in the sand, water and jellyfish than me though - in typical toddler fashion.

Here are a few sneak peeks for mum and dad.

I now have only three dates left for this year and i will be opening up bookings for January 09 in the next week or two along with a new special offer to start off the new year. I am also looking into coming back to Sydney early next year again so if you are interested in booking a session in Sydney let me know so i can start compiling a waiting list.

Hope you all have a great weekend :)

Anna and Michael | Melbourne Wedding photography

I don’t do many weddings generally, but when i do get asked to photograph a couples wedding i get really excited. It’s a great change from the every day family sessions i do. And i just love weddings in general (who doesn’t?) . I am going to be photographing Anna and Michale’s wedding in March next year, and so we caught up on Sunday at the Botanical gardens to meet up and chat about wedding stuff. I took along my camera to catch some snaps of the happy couple together, here are a few favorites.

Courtney | Trash the Dress

I thought I’d pop in here and post some photos from the trash the dress session i did a few months back. I never got around to posting any of these in this blog and now seemed like as good a time as any.

Courtney was such a good sport, believe it or not but it was actually about 15 degrees on the day we did this session down in Geelong. The water was SO freezing but she got right in there like a champ and even managed to smile while she was in there LOL.

If you want to know more about having your own trash the dress session have a look over here at the Aussie blog or here at in the USA version.

The M Family | Melbourne family portraits

Isn’t the weather here in Melbourne just fantastic lately. I am a big fan of winter but it is so nice to be able to stand around in the sunshine and feel warm for a change.

Here is a lovely family i met last weekend. We decided to go to a lovely park in Doncaster that i had never been to but i’ll definitely be recommending it to any other clients i have out that way. Lots of open space and beautiful trees. Miss T was very taken with my pink umbrella, and Mr E had the most gorgeous baby curls ever.  Mum and Dad were planning on cutting them off soon but i am so glad they waiting for me to take photos first.

Anyway, here are some of my favourite shots from the morning. I will have your gallery ready soon Ban :)
